Battle Weary

Ugh I am nonexclusively living in a Battleground State, where every single day it’s Romney/Ryan/Obama/Biden/Romney/Ryan/Obama/Biden commercials all day every single ‘friggin’ day.
This quartet has morphed into the monster known as “ObamaneyRyden.”

How disappointed was I in the President’s performance during the first debate? The word “profoundly” isn’t strong enough. I take litrle solace in the fact that it was only the first debate, because unfortunately what people cling to and remember can be summed up in two words: “Primacy” [the state of being first (as in importance, order, or rank) : preeminence] and: "Recency” [Belonging to, or occurring at a time immediately before the present]. In other words: The First and Last things].

So voters who support the President have a Lackluster first impression, while Romney’s supporters are over the Moon with his performance [Despite the facts showing that Romney’s Tax breaks will raise the deficit over 4 trillion Dollars over 10 Years].
Wait! it Gets Worse :

According to  Michael Allen of Opposing Views, Actress Stacey Dash, who co-starred in the 1995 film 'Clueless,' recently started a firestorm on Twitter when she endorsed Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney on Sunday.

Dash recived a deluge of slurs after claiming that Romney is the best choice for women, even though he opposes Obamacare, which provides many medical services to women without an insurance co-payment. To illustrate Romney's position in the war on women he was virulently against abortion under any circumstances then conveniently altering his position to now saying that he opposes abortion, except in the instances of rape, incest or when the mother's life is in danger. But this only occurred after the uproar over Todd Akin's: "Pregnancy ‘Rare’ in ‘Legitimate Rape’ comments.

http://i.mediatakeout.com/photo/1349689732c40e5e0726.jpgDash tweeted: "Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future" with a photo of herself din a sexy red top in front of an American flag, reports the Daily Mail.
She also retweeted a Romney tweet: "Women have had enough of Barack Obama."

In response, one person tweeted back: "You're an unemployed black woman endorsing Mitt Romney. You're voting against yourself thrice. You poor beautiful idiot."

Another twitter user wrote: "Wait Stacey Dash is voting for Romney? You get a lil money and you forget that you’re black and a woman. Two things Romney hates,"
Most of her twitter mentions are right wing nut jobs saying you go girl, thanks for coming out against that Muslim, socialist, communist...He was never president. We gonna take America back.

How can she live with herself knowingly supporting racists. She has since suspended her Twitter account.

I have a problems with Republicans, I have an issue with people of color and hopmosexuals who vote Republican. It’s disingenopus to be an Hispanic or African American to vote in favor of a political party that has made no secret of the disdain it harbors for these groups.

It one thing to support those whose do not have your best interests at heart, but the npublic doesn’t need to know it.

It’s not like Dash is working or even talented for that matter. So what is with the self loathing Stacey?

To be truthful, this is behavior I expect from scared whites who desperately seek to retainng diminishing sense o privilege. But when I read the words that Dash wrote, well it’s completely illogical.
Woah it gets even worse:
There are a few taxi drivers in my city who are of color [Hispanic, Middle Eartern and African American]. Despite the fact that their emplyer doesn’t offer them health insurance, despte the fact they are underpaid and exploited they are pro Romney, the sad this is that they are unable to formulayr an articulate and salient argument in support of their position.
