Why is she the ONLY person with sense on that show? Well for one thing, she held Mark responsible for his and Callie “Couldn’t wait 24 hours after Arizona leaves for Africa to fuck a dude and get preggers” Torres’ insane behavior. She walked out on him claiming this is the 2nd time he’s tried to force “step-motherhood” on her (the first time was with his formerly estranged pregnant daughter).
That’s EXACTLY what Arizona should have done. Instead she has to be all self loathing by settling for a woman who repeatedly went out of her way to try and sabotage her once in a lifetime opportunity.
Bottom line is the character Arizona was in Africa for 6 months and gave up her fellowship to return to Callie out of her love for the woman, and that loco Latina screams at Arizona to go away and that she’s pregnant with Mark’s child. She then in a moment of lucidity a few weeks after being force fed reruns Callie is suddenly all in love with Arizona and virtually demands that Arizona decide immediately if she wants to be with Callie. I told you all Callie was an emotionally abusive woman.
Last season I abruptly stopped watching gray’s Anatomy when the series became too convoluted and asinine. Well I am again at that point. I am done watching this: “Show For Simpletons (After all that’s what Shonda Rhimes thinks we are).
See you just know that show is going to pull a Queer As Folk story arc where Mark is going to renege on wanting to play a secondary role in his baby’s life. Secondary to Arizona and there’s going to be all this conflict and what not. It’s been done. Maybe someone from that show will read this and get a clue.
