That’s Right I Wrote: GLOATING Not “Goating” You Must Understand that with the direction the Republican Party is going it’s inevitable that the Republican party will choose run Fred Phelps for Prez in 2016.
It may also come to pass that they will be unable to clear their heads of the din of FOX, Rush, Beck, Palin, Savage etc. and be unable to change.
There’s an old adage that states the definition of insanity is doing the same disastrous thing over and over but expecting different results.
You just know that for the next couple of elections at least — 2014 and 2016 — TeaPublicans try the same strategies, only harder and louder. In fact George Prescott Bush [the grandson of one president and nephew of another] and a rising star among Hispanic conservatives made headlines last week by filing "appointment of a campaign treasurer" forms with the Texas Ethics Commission — the first step toward seeking statewide office.before the grown-ups regain control of the party. They still have Fox News to shill for them, with CNN working hard to catch up, because, like Allen West, a sizable portion of the present party doesn’t recognize the existence of objective reality.
Clearly the feeling is that Hispanics will vote for other Hispanics "just because" they are Hispanic. The same warped logic was used when John McCain chose Sarah Palin for his running mate and when the Republican Party made Micheal Steele it's official representative.
It's long past time the Republican Party stopped trying to haphazardly piece together a socially conservative platform that amounts to nothing more than than superifical in name only diversityn, to steal what the rest of us worked hard to attain just to fill their overflowing bank accounts, while denying us rights.
