IF YOU DO ALL OF THIS YOU WILL LOSE ABOUT A POUND A WEEK. YOU CAN SPEED UP THIS PROCESS BUT NOT BY MUCH/ 3500 CALORIES = 1 LBS. So easy to put the weight on so hard to take it off.
